Parent Survey in LMS

Dear Parents/Guardians,

We are conducting a Parents Survey to help us better understand your needs, challenges and suggestions to improve our processes and systems.

The survey opens from Friday, 16 November to Friday, 30 November 2012.

Login to ASKnLearn e-Learning Parent Portal (http://lms.asknlearn.com/wellingtonps/)
to complete the survey.

1. Select Parent Portal tab
2. Your Child's User ID: your child's/ward's Birth Certification Number (BC No.).
3. The default password: 'parents'.
4. Click on the title: Parents Survey

If you've more than a child/ward studying in Wellington Primary School, you need to log in only once.
