Dear Boys and Girls,
I'm sure you will enjoy your holidays. It will be a good rest at home. Do you know that too much rest will make one person lazy? Let's have some work at home so that you will do better in Term 3.
A) English Reading
- Read 8 storybooks - It will be about 2 storybooks a week. If your storybooks are thick, you can read 2, 3 or 4 storybooks for this holidays. Must enjoy reading!
- Record your book reviews in the LMS Forum. If you have problem to record it, give me a call.
- Choose one of your storybooks to draw on the 'Book Review' worksheet.
B) English Worksheet - do the paper worksheet
C) Journal - Write a journal on 'My Holiday'. I am very interested to know about your holiday. You can choose to write a day of your holidays or a number of days during your holidays.
D) English Online Quizzes - Go to LMS. These quizzes are e-Homework. You can do them from 30 May 2011, Monday onwards. You have 4 weeks of holidays.
Don't do all the quizzes in one day.
E) English Spelling - You may choose to learn one word a day.
F) English Oral Practice
- Choose a short passage (One that you enjoy reading!)
- Go to LMS and start recording (You should know the steps to record it.)
Note: If you don't have a computer microphone, you can don't do this homework.
G) Math Worksheet - do the paper worksheet
H) Math 5 Online Quizzes - Go to LMS. These quizzes are e-Homework. You can do them from 30 May 2011, Monday onwards. You have 4 weeks of holidays.
Don't do all the quizzes in one day.
I) Math Spelling - You may choose to learn one word a day.
